How much do you charge for your services?

Our fees vary depending on the type of case we are handling. In personal injury cases for example there is No Fee if there is No Recovery. Every case is different and therefore can take anywhere from a month to several months or years. For instance, if a case is settled out of court, it could take a few months. But if the case goes to court or trial it could take months to years. Ideally, you should report your injury when it happens. But Florida law allows you up to 30 days to report the work accident.
