Brian P. Vassallo was born in Dade County, Florida. He received his BS degree from Florida State University and his law degree from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Brian P. Vassallo was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1998.
He aids individuals and businesses in the areas of Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Real Property, Wills and Trusts, Business Formation, and General Litigation. Mr. Vassallo is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Southern District, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Brian Vassallo presented at several Social Security Disability seminars and has also lectured at numerous Social Security Workers’ Compensation seminars. He was a member of the Workers’ Compensation section of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Vassallo is Board Certified in Workers' Compensation by the Florida Bar only 7% of Florida Bar Members are Board Certified. He is also active in community and supports several charities. Brian Vassallo is a former member of the board of directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach County. Mr. Vassallo is currently a member of the Advisory Council for Save the Chimps, Inc. – the largest chimpanzee sanctuary in the world.

Joseph Bilotta aids individuals and families in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability and Labor and Employment Law. He received his BA from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York and his law degree from Pace University in White Plains, New York. Joe was admitted to practice in New York in 1989 and Florida in 1991.
He is a member of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Joe was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Law, a member of the Pace University Law Review and graduated cum laude. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is a current member and former president of the Boynton Beach Kiwanis Club.
He practiced law in New York City from 1989 through 1993 before moving to Florida and becoming an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County where he tried over 100 felony cases. He then reentered private practice and began working with Mr. Vassallo helping the people and businesses of Palm Beach County. He has represented clients in collective actions against major national companies and individuals against smaller local companies.

Chad Bubis grew up in Palm Beach County before attending University of Florida for his undergraduate degree and then received his law degree from the University of Miami. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011 and has spent the majority of his career handling exclusively worker's compensation claims. Prior to representing injured workers, Mr. Bubis represented insurance companies and now uses that knowledge to assist his clients. Mr. Bubis currently serves as the Chairman of the Palm Beach County Bar Worker's Compensation Legal Education Committee and regularly puts on seminars educating attorneys on the intricacies of Florida worker's compensation law.

Kip A. Davis received his undergraduate degree in accounting with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 1994 and his law degree cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1998. While at Stetson College of Law, Mr. Davis served as a member of Law Review.
Mr. Davis is admitted to practice law in Florida’s state courts and the Middle, Northern, and Southern District Courts of Florida. Mr. Davis focuses his practice in the areas of commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Land use Litigation, Class Action Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Foreclosure Matters, and Contract Disputes. He is also familiar with Personal Injury and Workers Compensation matters. Mr. Davis is a member of the Martin County Bar association and local civic organizations. He is a board member of the Martin County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Palm City Chamber of Commerce.

Shaye Schnier is a dedicated Florida workers’ compensation attorney known for her balanced perspective, practical insight, and unwavering commitment to her clients. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida before graduating from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2015.
Shaye began her legal career at a large, well-known South Florida plaintiff’s firm, where she handled a wide range of personal injury matters. This early experience sharpened her litigation skills and deepened her understanding of client advocacy. She then transitioned her practice to workers’ compensation and joined a prominent South Florida and nationwide defense firm. There, she represented professional employer organizations (PEOs), third-party administrators (TPAs), self-insured employers, and a variety of workers’ compensation carriers, gaining invaluable insight into the strategies and considerations of the defense side. She Continued her defense practice at a boutique firm afterward.
She later brought this experience to a Jupiter-based plaintiff’s firm, representing injured workers.
Shaye now represents claimants at Vassallo Bilotta Bubis & Davis, where she zealously advocates for injured workers. Her unique background representing both employers/carriers and injured workers provides her with a strategic advantage and a well-rounded approach to every case she handles.

Deborah Laux Eldridge was born in Pittsburgh, PA.. She graduated from the University of Florida in 1986 and obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. in 1993, Ms. Eldridge obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year. She is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.
Ms. Eldridge has been practicing law in the area of Workers’ Compensation for over 30 years. Before entering law school, she worked as a claims adjuster handling workers’ compensation claims for a major insurance carrier. Ms. Eldridge has tried workers’ compensation cases before the judges of compensation claims throughout the State of Florida. She has substantial experience representing both employers and injured workers and has taught an Advanced Medical Benefits class for the Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals’ Board Certification Program. The Department of Insurance has approved Ms. Eldridge as an instructor and she has been a speaker at several continuing legal education seminars.

He was born in Brooklyn, New York and served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He received his BA from Florida Atlantic University and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. He was a member of the Cumberland Law Review.
Mr. Vassallo was admitted to practice law in 1974. He is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and holds a Supreme Court certificate qualifying him as an arbitrator. Mr. Vassallo is a recipient of the Legal Aid Society Community Service Award. He is a former president and current member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Inc. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Florida Workers’ Advocates. After graduating from law school, Mr. Vassallo served as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. He then opened his own private practice and continues to serve the individuals and businesses of the community to date.
