Deborah Laux Eldridge, Esq

Deborah Laux Eldridge was born in Pittsburgh, PA..  She graduated from the University of Florida in 1986 and obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics.  in 1993, Ms. Eldridge obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree, with honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year.  She is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.

Ms. Eldridge has been practicing law in the area of Workers’ Compensation for over 30 years.  Before entering law school, she worked as a claims adjuster handling workers’ compensation claims for a major insurance carrier.  Ms. Eldridge has tried workers’ compensation cases before the judges of compensation claims throughout the State of Florida.  She has substantial experience representing both employers and injured workers and has taught an Advanced Medical Benefits class for the Workers’ Compensation Claims Professionals’ Board Certification Program.  The Department of Insurance has approved Ms. Eldridge as an instructor and she has been a speaker at several continuing legal education seminars.
