Our fees vary depending on the type of case we are handling.
In personal injury cases for example there is No Fee if there is No Recovery.
In workers' compensation cases our fees are capped by state and federal laws.
In business and elder law we charge an hourly rate for our legal services which vary depending on the work to be done and the type of law.
You can call us anytime to get our current fees.
Our initial consultation is ALWAYS FREE. You will meet with one of our attorneys for at least 30 minutes to discuss the scope of the work that needs to be done.
Every case is different and therefore can take anywhere from a month to several months or years. For instance, if a case is settled out of court, it could take a few months. But if the case goes to court or trial it could take months to years. This is your choice as a client, but our attorney will explain the pros and cons of the decision so you could choose the correct one for you. There are many factors involved in making the decision to go to trial and it should be made with full disclosure of all the facts involved.
