Shaye Schnier is a dedicated Florida workers’ compensation attorney known for her balanced perspective, practical insight, and unwavering commitment to her clients. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida before graduating from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2015.
Shaye began her legal career at a large, well-known South Florida plaintiff’s firm, where she handled a wide range of personal injury matters. This early experience sharpened her litigation skills and deepened her understanding of client advocacy. She then transitioned her practice to workers’ compensation and joined a prominent South Florida and nationwide defense firm. There, she represented professional employer organizations (PEOs), third-party administrators (TPAs), self-insured employers, and a variety of workers’ compensation carriers, gaining invaluable insight into the strategies and considerations of the defense side. She Continued her defense practice at a boutique firm afterward. She later brought this experience to a Jupiter-based plaintiff’s firm, representing injured workers.
Shaye now represents claimants at Vassallo Bilotta Bubis & Davis, where she zealously advocates for injured workers. Her unique background representing both employers/carriers and injured workers provides her with a strategic advantage and a well-rounded approach to every case she handles.
