Brian P. Vassallo was born in Dade County, Florida. He received his BS degree from Florida State University and his law degree from Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. Brian P. Vassallo was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1998. He aids individuals and businesses in the areas of Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Real Property, Wills and Trusts, Business Formation, and General Litigation. Mr. Vassallo is a member of the Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Southern District, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). Brian Vassallo presented at several Social Security Disability seminars and has also lectured at numerous Social Security Workers’ Compensation seminars. He was a member of the Workers’ Compensation section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Vassallo is Board Certified in
Workers' Compensation by the Florida Bar only 7% of Florida Bar Members are Board Certified. Brian Vassallo has experience as an owner and operator of several quick service restaurants. During his tenure as a Franchisee, Mr. Vassallo was a member of the District Advisory Committee, Regional Advisory Committee, and Profitability Committee. He is also active in community and supports several charities. Brian Vassallo is a former member of the board of directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach County. Mr. Vassallo is currently a member of the Advisory Council for Save the Chimps, Inc. – the largest chimpanzee sanctuary in the world.
